    Gun laws don't stop criminals from getting guns, that's why.

    Nearly 250,000 licensed firearms owners own and use New Zealand's estimated 1.5 million firearms. Which is quite a lot for a population of under 5 million.

    New Zealand does not have the strictest gun control laws in the world. Population of NZ is 4.5 million people and they have 1.5 million guns. But after the terrorist attack, they are now considering a full ban on semi-automatic weapons.

    No they don't. You are allowed to have guns in New Zealand.

    America has the most guns per capita. Yet have the world's most mass shootings. I thought more guns = less crime?
