Im always feeling my pulse but should i expect pain?? I hate checking every other second (i have anxiety and get heart palpitations a l o t and i keep getting worried something is wrong which is why i saw the cardiologist)

I had heart palpitations as well, and got rid of them by taking mag/phos, a homeopathic preparation, I really didn't know what to expect, but within a minute of taking the 1st dose, the palpitations just stopped, like I pulled on the cord of a light switch and the light goes off.....

Yes, if your heart stops, you fall onto the floor in an untidy heap. There could be pain at that very instant but...then nothing. Nearly everyone has palpitations at some time or another, it's when it continues for a long time, or if it develops into fast atrial fibrillation. But they must have conducted tests, heart monitor, ECG, cat scan or all and if they say that there is nothing to worry about, then take them at their word. The more you worry, the more stressful it will become and THAT could trigger heart problems.

They said there isn’t anything wrong so there isn’t.
