Can pepperoni which has been frozen and thawed be re-frozen? It was thawed at 41 degrees. Thanks in advance for any and all advice!?

Sausage is a way to preserve meat . . . . lots of salt used in making it . . . an uncut pepperoni will last a long time without refrigeration.
How long was your out after it thawed??? Give it the smell test and if it passes, you can re-freeze . . . . to be totally sure, cook it when you next get it out: on pizza, fry it, broil it, etc.
