Why did God/Gods create the Universe?

Mankind needed to explain that which they did not understand but felt was significant in life hence they created the gods.

The same reason people play the SIms.

Because He can.

Yahweh and the WORD are obviously creative and one day those planets out there will be inhabited.

There is as much evidence that gods exist as there is that aliens or ghosts exist.

You assume that the sun, earth, and moon were created first. How do you know the outer reaches weren't the first things to come into existence? Maybe God was testing out a few different formulas along the way. Now don't get your panties in a bunch, there is still the possibility that other life might exist somewhere in the vast expanse.

Jupiter Ascending was a good movie with a theory.

We root from test tube babies to harvest energy.

It says in Genesis that God created life on a planet that already existed.

Technically, a God is otherworldly. And considered extraterrestrial.

We are not God's special creation, or even a particularly smart one. For all we know, there could be intelligent species living in a great number of galaxies, some of them having passed the magic apple test.

Unless God intends that we eventually take up the work of completing all that he has begun.

Prove "100 million galaxies, trillions of stars, and billions of planets". Prove they exist at all.

People say that believers in the Bible accept the Bible simply so. And we do. The Bible has proven itself. It is the Word of God and is 100% true. The Bible believer accepts the Bible, simply so.

But those that believe "science", do the same. Nobody can prove any of those things in your question.

The Lord created the heavens and the earth, according to the Bible. So that's what I'm concerned with.

Jesus loves you and wants to bless your life freely :) Most of all, Jesus wants you with Him forever, and not in hell. The truth is that every belief except one will lead to eternal torment in the lake of fire for every person. Because nothing pays for our sins except the death and blood of Jesus, the sacrifice of Jesus that is already accomplished by Him . Jesus loves you! The truth is that Jesus is God, and Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins in full, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for our sins, not works, not deeds, not religions. So the only way to heaven and to avoid hell, is by believing in Jesus for eternal life (John 6:47), without adding any of your own works (Romans 4:5). Believe in Jesus to take you to heaven, and you will be in heaven, no matter what, guaranteed. That easy, thanks to Jesus! Tell Jesus that you thank Him that you will be with Him in heaven when you die, because you believe in Jesus! It is too late to be saved, after death
