I have answered two of your questions before, Ashley. You have several physical or medical problems and this has curtailed your Life. It might be that it has also had an effect on your dreaming. These problems may also have effected you both in your awake Life, and in your dreaming Life. You just don't remember the dreams most of the time. It is healthy to dream, though it is not necessary to remember them.

Actually you do dream every night, you just don't remember them. The most common dream any of us are able to remember are dreams associated with stress in our conscious lives. And when there is stress in out conscious lives, there is a reason behind it which is likely directly related to the "bad thing". Or you are just associating bad things that happen everyday with the isolated times that you remember your dreams.
