Time is relative ;for a child time moves very slow .For an old man time has moved too fast.
Einstein described time in terms of dilation equation indicating the faster the motion at the speed of light, time dilates faster.

Faster than what? If you mean faster than it did in the past, maybe it is. We observe very distant molecules to be vibrating slower (red shift). We are told that the universe is expanding more rapidly now than it did in the past. We are told that time runs slower (from our point of view) near a large mass. It must have been running much slower when the universe was very dense. (Consider the microwave background.)

Nobody knows why time moves at all. Or why we move thru time.
But you can change the rate of flow of time by moving fast thru space. If you go near the speed of light and return, you will have aged 1 year while earth aged 100 years.

It is. But your brain moves exactly the same amount faster. So you don't notice.
