Any good shows like The Listener or Grimm?

Never heard of Listener. But I did see Grimm, so i can recommend based on that.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer has to be the number on e recommendation. It's a slow starter. Whedon and cast were clearly figuring stuff out in season 1 so there's a fair bit of cheese. I promise starting halfway into season 2 this becomes one of the most acclaimed TV shows of all time. There are entire college courses dedicated to this ONE SHOW. And if you like it, you can get a weaker but not awful spinoff in Angel. Oh, additional warning here, the HD remaster of Buffy is considered to be sh--. Try to watch the original if you can. The remaster ruins scenes with bad cropping, messes with colors and hues, and uses DNR to give the actors a plastic doll sort of look.

Really, ANY superhero show fits your "main characters had a secret power" description. Flash, Supergirl, Smallville, Jessica Jones, etc.

Supernatural is the most Grimm-like thing in the universe in that it's all about the paranormal, but the leads don't have secret powers.

Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls, Pushing Daisies are all not very Grimm like in tone, but definitely qualify on the basis of main characters having secret powers. KyleXY also.

The first season of Heroes was quite good. The second was tolerable, but for the love of god, don't watch beyond that. It gets bad. Really bad.

Lucifer maybe qualifies. iZombie definitely does at first. True Blood maybe? American Gods perhaps?
