anyone know if getting a traffic ticket affects an already filed dui expungement ?
I submitted my DUI expungement forms in last week and freaking got a traffic ticket today for a stupid reason. do courts see this traffic ticket and will it affect my decision on dui expungment ?

No, traffic offenses are not categorized in the same sense, thus would not serve as a hurdle unless your offense required you to be arrested.
