    Can't tell from that picture. You'll need to take another picture that shows the insect from above and is in focus and isn't too washed out.

    My best guess? C-ckroach nymph, early instar. Here's a problem with these guys: for every one that you see, there's 14 that you didn't see. They're nocturnal.
