Actually in some cases people may be required to live with their legal gurdian.
In some cases they do not have to.
It depends on the judges orders.
Either way if she is your legal guardian then she is required to find a place for you to live.

If you don't have an attorney then you need to get one. The fact that she has kicked you out of her house would certainly be a factor the judge will consider when deciding whether or not to continue the temporary guardianship and/or full guardianship.
There is no requirement that a person must live with their legal guardian but the legal guardian SHOULD be doing what is best for their charge which means that if your mother doesn't want you to live with her then she SHOULD be finding you the best place possible for you to live.
