Is this criminal act?

A blocked person nitpicked the person who blocked him or her constantly by making new IDs. The reason why the blocked person did is that wanted to see his or her pictures and be friends again.

And one day the blocked person photographed insult the person who blocked him or her and told on his or her friend.

Is this blocked person? If it is, how long will he or she live in prison?

    I think you mean "harassed", not "nitpicked." The exact definition of harassment varies by state, but it's highly unlikely this would qualify, and it's even less likely he would face any jail time.

    Sure. I'm 'positive' there are a couple misdemeanors, possibly a felony in that convoluted explanation.

    Now you need to explain it just like that to the cops. Be prepared for a '48 hour' courtesy stay at a local facility.
