We are looking for a 2-centre Italian break in January 2020. Probably Rome and Venice. Probably 8 or 9 days. Any thoughts?

    You know it won't be all that warm and sunny, right? Venice in particular will be cold and damp.

    If you have to pick just two places in Italy to visit........those two would be at the top of any list.
