Sometimes, to relieve myself from stress.

No, freaking out doesn't resolve or fix the problem.

    Not since 2003

I used to study long and hard to become "normal". Ever since someone gave me the chance to volunteer in a hospital's medical library as long as I agreed to have people keep tabs on me and engage with me (without me knowing who could be part of the experience, who was not), I have been trying not to seem autistic, anxious, or anything else unemployable. It actually has worked with a lot of things that are not my instant response or even a thing I do now.

No, but I think it's OK if other people do. Life is hard and we all have to cope in whatever way we can.
