Why do employers ask you what did you do at your current job if it is listed in your resume?

A resume can't list everything - there isn't room.

They want to hear it in your own words. They know many resumes are professional written.

You can be more in depth about what was done. Many people only list their job title or two or three of their duties when in reality the duties they did covered a much wider range.

Because they want to see your communication skills and demeanor and body language when you speak...you fkin moron!!

Well, with your attitude, I guess you should just walk in the front door and be hired. Asshole.

People lie on their resumes.
