Clearing up clouded and lightly scratched epoxy resin?

I'm working on a gaming desk that has 3 large panels coated in epoxy, and I then sand the surface settlements on top to a 3000 grit but still have cloudiness. I tried doing a very thin coat of resin on top, but it turned out horrible and even more surface crap got on it (I've been working on this thing in my school's workshop, which is busy, so I don't have a clean space), and I want to get the gloss back with a nice finish. What kind of product should I get, ideally some kind of clear coat spray to spray on the 3000 grit surface to gloss it back up?

Get some kind of polish that's intended for gel coat on boats and use a buffer with a low rpm setting.
