My guy friend has confided some marital problems and says he’s done has had it. What does he mean?
We’ve been friends since childhood. Over 40 years I believe. I asked another friend of his if he knew of anything regarding my friends problems he says no.
Why would he tell me this (yes I’m a female) not one of his wife’s favorite people to say the least. I really don’t get it.

he is ready to move on, he is hoping that you will take the hint.

He trusts you and feels comfortable with you. And maybe he's saying he wants to leave her to be with you. Or maybe he's sexually frustrated with her and wants to know if you're interested in having sex with him. The best thing to do is to ask him why he's chosen to tell you this.

We are not kids. He’s almost 60 and I’m 58. Sex is absolutely out of the question. He knows that.
