    Generally no. Misplaced faith can be fatal.

    No. Faith tends to blind people to the realities. Faith is why people insisted the sun revolves around the earth. Faith is why some said the earth was flat. Faith is why to this day you have people denying evolution. Have faith but do not let it blind you.
