I can’t log into Instagram.?

Hello thanks for taking your time to read this. 2 days I was permanently banned for rude comments, and so I made a new account. It worked fine for the rest of the day until I realised I had forgotten my password to that account and in case I had to use it on other phone, I changed the password to something I remembered. This obviously logged me out and when I try to log in again I receive a message saying ‘Error, sorry there was a problem with your request’ it has been going on since yesterday morning and I can not login to my Instagram. Any help?
