Why do some people go by their middle name instead of their first name?

    Because some peoples first names are Evoyle and Dick.

    It’s obviously their choice. And for girls with boyish names, they should have girly middle names to go by.

    They like their second name better than their first. Think about it. If your name was Clarence James, wouldn't you prefer to go by C.J. or James?
