Do guys ever go through a hookup faze then want to date one of those girls?

I’ve gone out with a guy 3 times, and we kissed on the 3rd date, he offered for me to come in but I wanted to hold out on sleeping with him for at least one more date. He will respond to a picture I posted on social media from time to time and I texted him recently and said hey what’s up and we talked for a bit, but agreeed to meet up last weekend and I never heard from him. Then a couple days later he texted me and apologized, and I think he knows I’m still kinda pissed at him for that. Do you think I will hear from him again? I think he probably has someone or ones that he is hooking up with currently so may not care as much to hang with me right now. He knows I want to date and he wants to hookup since he was in a relationship for 5 1/2 years. Do you think I’ll hear from him again/would he consider dating me?

    It's a mistake to sleep with a guy in order to make him like you. If you sleep with him early on, he will put you into the category of "hook up girl". Guys don't take girls like that seriously. If you want a relationship, hold out for a relationship.

    Hi Courtney... Forgive me for asking this... so after only 4 dates you would be willing to engage in premarital sex with this guy who apparently is " hooking up" with other females at the same time as he is "dating" you? And what if you get pregnant? I mean,"contraceptives" aren't 100% effective at preventing "unwanted pregnancies".. what would you do in such case? become a single mother or abort the child?

    I realize my answer sounds "judgmental" but it looks like you aren't thinking things thoroughly and you could end up getting hurt.
