Ebay auction?
i Won a bidding on eBay but I no longer need the product and the day before yesterday I’ve received a email saying that if I don’t pay for the item then they will open a dispute, what will happen if they open a dispute? I told the seller the reason why I haven’t paid but he is giving me an excuse and insists on me buying the item.

He's right. The rules on eBay is that by bidding, you agree to purchase the item. If you weren't sure that you would need it, then you should not have bid.

You agreed to buy a product. That is a contract.
The seller is within his/her rights to demand that you pay for the item.
By the way... YOU are the one that is giving the seller an excuse.
Next time don't bid on something on ebay if you are not sure you want it.
