MyLowes Card?

I'm creating a lowes account, and there's an option to have a MyLowes card sent to you via mail. Is this card a free thing that will just come in the mail or something?

    yup. it identifies you as customer [your name] when swiped or scanned at Lowe's even when you're not using your Lowe's credit card -- like if, for example, there should be a registered customers only sale. It may also let you order online from a device that doesn't support cookies and call up your account with delivery address, etc.

    It is a credit card you use when you buy things at Lowes.
