Digital and 3D artists - Which of these would you prefer?

Would you like if there was already a computer there with a good large drawing tablet, 2 screens and all the software you would need. Adobe, autodesk, etc. It would cost a little more monthly

or

would you rather just bring your own PC and set up. And you would have to supply all the software you need yourself

I meant if you were looking to rent out some work space

    so 3 screens with 1 being a drawing screen..with...software!...lol...learn how to describe things better...more adjectives!..
