can I order a car online with a learning permit I am learning how to drive and my mom wont teach me in her car so i need my own car ?

Weather you have a permit or not makes no difference; what does matter is do you have the money. Also you may not be able to register the car with out insurance and a license. Now you get this car who is going to teach you how to drive. A much better idea would be to fine a driving school to teach you how to drive and far more sensible as well

Assuming you mean to *RENT* a car to use to learn to drive......You cannot legally drive any car, anytime, anywhere without a learners permit or a license. No rental car company would ever rent a car to anyone who does not have a drivers license.

If you mean to *BUY* a car. A drivers license or permit is *NOT* required to buy a car...………. or anything else

We were all there. We went out and bought our own car. A beater that cost a few hundred. They are around. Just make it road worthy and you are good to learn on that car. It is yours, Mom may help on the insurance end and register you as an occasional driver which cuts down on insurance costs(even if she never drives your car) but you do the maintenance and the cost of gas and you got a chance to learn.

If over 18 and have credit to do so, yes. As a minor( under 18), no.

What are you going to use for money to buy the car? How will you know which car to buy? How will you know what to pay? How will you buy insurance for it, pay fees, taxes, and register it. In short, you know absolutely nothing about how to buy a car. You are still just a dumb kid.

You could but then if you were to try driving the vehicle without proper registration or insurance, you'll end up in quite a bit of trouble if stopped by the police. Also a learners permit doesn't allow you to drive by yourself without an adult in the car with you.
