Presidents, mad, bad or indifferent?

Reagan seemed to really be losing it in his second term. He didn't recognize people in his cabinet, who he saw every day. He stopped doing off-the-cuff press conferences and interviews (he never liked those anyway). And I think Nancy made more and more of the big decisions.

I saw a picture of Reagan at home about a year after he retired. He looked really old and sick. His hair was close-cropped and it had turned snowy white! (Of course it was white all along, they just stopped dying it after he retired).

And a lot of people think Trump is having troubles. He seems to have trouble remembering things. Last week he forgot he was on TV! (He said 'I'm afraid someone will leak this speech'. He said it right into a TV camera!) His tweets sound less and less rational, more distracted over time. He was never given any tests or even a physical before becoming president.

Reagan was probably suffering the initial stages of Alzheimers at the end of his second term. A lot of people think that Trump really does have a few screws loose.

Trump seems to not be connected to the reality of American life, and seems only concerned bout his image and wealth.
