The only Logans I know of are Logan Whitehurst (the Logan Whitehurst Award for Excellence in Comedy Music is named after) and Wolverine.

I would go with Logan Perez or Logan Chang, I would not be surprised if I do have a neighbor with a kid with one of those names

Places to find surnames (last names):

Library: Scan your eyes along the books' spines in the Fiction section. All last names are in alphabetical order. Aristocratic names? Check the indices of European history books. (Dewey Decimal Classification numbers 940s) Books about Queen Victoria are the best source because of all her relatives. "Titanic books" also have lists of persons saved or died, and by class.

Internet: search "surmames list" "last names list"

Also look for websites of genealogical societies. Some county, provincial and state societies have cemetery and church records online. Check your library too. (Great Britain has a lot of these societies.)

Monuments to veterans of the world wars.

The directory boards near the elevators in office buildings. (Medical buildings best IMO. Each doctor is listed.)

Yellow pages. "Physicians and surgeons" best; but try "Lawyers" and "Plumbers"and"Electricians"

Stewart, Price, or Cole. Since his first name is two syllables, it should fit with most last names.

If you're into etymology, I would also suggest you look up root words that have to do with their names. I did this with a book of mine where all the cities had Latin names...the country they lived in was called Altrovorsum, which is Latin for "on the other side," which was the name of the book, and the capital city was "Bellum Pacem," or "War and Peace," because it's kind of a war thriller. For one of my other books, I used my boyfriend's pre-Ellis Island family name.

The other thing you can do is go to a name generator. Figure out what his ethnicity is, and pick a last name according to that.

This is not a question. If you're If you're a writer you should know how to write a question. Also if you're a writer you should be able to name your characters yourself.
