Why are the racist cons so racist they don't want to allow undocumented people to be able to vote?

They're not. Voter ID laws don't affect the ability of the undocumented to vote. The only voters stopped by voter ID laws are U.S. citizens who can't get a voter ID, usually because they can't afford to pay for one, and live in a state that doesn't allow them to use their free ID's to vote.

People should be documented Americans in order to be allowed to vote. I'm a leftist and support the poor. But only documented Americans can be allowed to vote.
