Why does this guy keep messaging me ?
There's this guy who keeps messaging me to meet up and hookup after I haven't seen him for over 3 years .He sees that I post online to meet other people .
I've reached out in the past to Meetup but he always beats around the bush and we don't meet up ,then some time passes and he messages me again ..this has been going on for a couple years .why do u think he is doing this

He's playing head games with you and isn't really that serious. Just ignore these hook up requests and move on. Find someone who's actually going to make you happy rather than string you along.
