I deleted the storage data of a few of my games to clear up some space but now i want to play them again .but when i insert the disc theres an error message that it cant read the disc.how can i fix it?

For a few days i had a cologne scent but ive never wore any .it was a citrus woody smell .i also felt like a cool sensation from my arms and legs as if i was expelling the scent anyone ever experience this?? Im a young male late20s

I work in a freezer .I m not there all the time but I do spend a good amount inside and my problem is it s so cold the perspiration are socking my socks leaving me with wet shoes which mean stinky odors .I ve gone through a few pairs now .what can I do to stop it?or at least minimize it.
