Friends Ross & Monica’s grandmother and the guy upstairs Mr Heckles

New Girl idk if this counts but Winston’s cat who was a significant part of the show.

If they do deaths they usually don't kill off a main character. Its usually someone who's not a big part of the show unless the actor was fired(like Roseanne and Charlie Sheen) or the actor died

Mrs. Krabappel died in Season 25 of The Simpsons.
