Any ideas?

So about 2 weeks ago I decided to unblock this girl I was fighting with. But to do some back story, a few months ago her and i got into a huge fight and she blocked me on all social media and phone. So what I did was I decided to do the same back by deactivating all my accounts and creating new ones. now we do have mutual friends. I decide to try and contact her but she never answered so I just let it go and haven't bothered her. I decided to change my whole life. Right after I unblocked her I started getting anonymous views on some.of my FB stories. I don't get these views all the time and its only one viewer at a time. Also it says its a follower when I have non. I also seem to get these views when im constantly thinking about her. So I'm just wondering if it could be her cause we have common friends and maybe she is watching me.
