Atheists do not believe in a God or gods. Even if science had no explanation for the origins of the big bang or life, that doesn't prove theism correct, so your question ridiculous.

There is no evidence to indicate that the Big Bang was anything but a natural process. We don't completely understand what happened in the first 10^-43 seconds after the event started, but there is no evidence to support the claim that a god was involved.

Animals, which include humans, along with all other life on earth evolved from earlier life forms. The specifics of abiogenesis, when simple self replicating molecules became "life" is still unknown, but the process of how changes over time in those molecules led to the diversity of life on this planet is well understand and is explained .

Your use of the word "created" is disingenuous, because you know there is no evidence that the Big Bang nor "animals" were "created," in the sense that you are using the term. Animals that reproduce sexually are created by their parents, but in the theological since that you are asking your question it is an absurdity.
