Can I do Judo only for physical activity?

i am 25 years old and still white belt. i did 3 months when I was younger, but have stopped because i had some problems, and now after years I want to back.

    Depends on how active you get. If you are going to class a week and doing nothing else than no. If you are going 3 times a week making an effort to train at home on your own. Than yes.

    Of course you can. In fact most of the Asian martial arts are great for exercise, stretching, strength building, and confidence. Just don't count on any of it for actual fighting.
