    There's lost of ways but ultimately they all require you to get past that awful threshold of anxiety.

    I'd recommend acting like you're always really spontaneously making plans. Imagine you're that guy.

    It'd be easy for that guy to be like. "What you doing Thursday? Do you want to go to the cinema?" Like it's nothing.

    If she goes. Yeah let's get a group together... It was never to be.
