40 s = 1/90 h
4 m/s = 400 cm/s * 3600 = 1.440.000 cm/h
a = 80 cm/h^2
Vf = Vi + a * t
1.440.000 cm/h = Vi + 80 cm/h^2 * 1/90 h
1.440.000 = Vi * 0,889
Vi = 1.440.000 / 0,889 = 1.620.000 cm/h
1.620.000 cm/h / 100 cm/m= 16.200 m/h
16.200 m/h / 1000 m/km = 16,2 km/h
