    Will you lend a hand?

    Can you lend a hand?

    Not: YOUR hand

Can you give me a hand?

But don't try to use these expressions if you don't understand them. Just speak simply.

    Can you help me?

Definitely "a hand" but you can ask "will you give me your hand in marriage?"

"Will you lend me *your* hand?" is wrong.

"Will you give me a hand?"and "Will you lend me a hand?" are both commonly used

Either is correct. But “can you give me a hand” also means to applause. It’s often use on tv for comedy. An example would be someone who’s carry a lot of bags and he says to his friend, can you give me a hand?” Hos friend would clap as a joke.
