    Go to https://www.desmos.com/calculator

    Click on the spanner (wrench) symbol in the top/right

    Under 'Grid' click the circular polar grid pattern.

    Clear the formula box and then type:

    r=9cos(5theta

    The program automatically changes theta to θ, inserts the closing bracket and displays the graph. You don't even need to use the return key.

    Of course you won't have this available in a test/exam. So you need to think about how to work this out for yourself. Note there are 5 'lobes' because of the 5 in formula. As θ increases from 0 to 2π, 5θ, will have gone through 0 to 2π five times (five cycle of cosine). That's where the 5 lobes come from. And you should know the shape of the cosine graph. This means, with a bit of thought, you can sketch the shape roughly without any aids.
