    Well, they put these things on TV in West Bank and Gaza, so it is hardly surprising.

    Kids make up deliberately offensive songs all on their own. I'd guess the ones who knew enough to make the kind you're thinking of were at least 10 or 11 to know enough to be that offensive but it seems like trying to offend people is a part of a lot of peoples childhood.
