Identify, graph, and state the symmetries for each polar equation. Write the scale that you are using for the polar axis.

(a) r=1-2cos theta

(b) r^2=cos(2theta)

    a) is a limacon with Θ = nπ as symmetry line & b) is " ( x²+y²)² =x² - y² with symmetry about the origin and line Θ = π/2 + nπ { y axis }
