Can I send a 1notebook pg letter with a .20 cent stamp?

Oh ok I just mailed 3 letters each with one 20 cent stamp =/ oh well i'll laugh about it LOL

    Go to your nearest post office to find out the answer. They will gladly laugh at you then tell you the truth

    Nope, no matter how light it is, you need a regular stamp, which is about 55 cents these days.

    If you are mailing it from 1980, maybe. But the current minimum cost of a sending something through the mail in 55 cents in the US.
