I'm thinking of getting a cat as a pet?
Preferably a female one. It's very nerve racking for me, as this wil be the very first pet that I actually own, but what do you think?
It's been on my mind for a while now.

I have had a cat for 11 years, and they are very easy to manage compared to dogs. Just make sure to stimuli it from a young age and up, preferable if it can go outside too as well. That way your cat won't destroy furniture out of boredom. You don't have to take your cat for walks and when it grows old it just manages itself

Cats may be a good choice, but they are not without issues. Some have problems using litter boxes like they should. I would recommend a kitten as adult cats often have issues when they are located to a different home, especially with cat boxes. Also, if you get a female, GET IT SPAYED. A female cat in heat will drive you crazy with the yowling. Females are less likely to spray, and their urine is less odorous than male cat urine.

If you want one, can afford it and it will work with your living situation then go for it.

I think it would be good company for you, and you will grow to love it. They are also a lot easier to take care of, and are a lot smarter than dogs. I think you will be happy with it, and it will be cute to look at :)

What do I think? I think if you want a cat then go get one. What kind of answer/remark do you want from us as it is not us getting a cat.
Asker, thanks for the comment to prove you are stupid. I gave the best possible answer but if you want an answer then let us know what you want to know, not stupid comments. And I'll post anon if I so desire to. Now as I SAID, go get one if you wish.
