A god is a deity or superhuman being. Tangible means something that can be touched. So their deity is something physical that can be touched.

It means they believe so strongly that they think they can touch their god. Which is bullshit, of course.

You can make money, with God. Ask Pat Robertson, the Falwell family and Peter Poppoff. The scam is never ending.

    Not much at all.

The person might be confused about what 'tangible' means. It means 'touchable'. Some people insist they 'feel' God's presence, but that's not what tangible means. You can't poke him with your fingers.

That person is either a lunatic or a liar.

Nothing. Unless you can actually touch a god, which I don't think that anyone has ever done, then it is a misuse of language.
