Does pride for prideful person mean that you don't care. you don't care what others think?
Like prideful people say this. "I am proud of (yourself or something or someone)" "i am the best!" "i don't care" "i don't give a damn what you think" "I achieve more than others"

Not necessarily. It might mean a measure of self-confidence that stops short of either arrogance or a sense of superiority.

Not exactly really about others, it is all about self. Some pride is taken in context (comparison of self to others), but it is always truly about the self image and not about others in any way at all, except to say "I am not one of those" to the self.

A person who is "prideful" cares very much what other people think. You cannot exhibit pride without an audience!

Yes pride means arrogance and boastful.
