DUI dismissed, said no on conviction but what do I say if asked for license ever suspended?

So I got my DUI expunged. California. I'm filling out an application. I'm aware I can put down "no" under "have you ever been convicted..", but underneath it asks "if I had any license, registration revoked..". Can I say no to this one as well?

    Talk to the DMV to confirm what you can claim in this regard.

    Did you have your license revoked or suspended? You either did or did not.

    Don't ask anyone in the California court system, they are idiots! A Ca. judge in traffic court told me the wrong thing, I spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out something that didn't need to be fixed in the first place thanks to the judge. Ca. stinks!
