I am beginning to have an Adam's apple fetish. Is there any way it can be faked by cosmetic surgery?

I am asking, can I tell whether an Adam's apple is natural or is there cosmetic surgery good enough to fool me?

    If you put a bag over your head, a long bag (perhaps from your local market?), there would be no need for such surgery.
