What is the best wifi booster/enhancer to use in a camper/trailer using my hotspot?

    _Where_ you want to use it is irrelevant.

    _What_ you actually want to do is much more important - as is the exact type of your hotspot, and whatever infrastructure you have available. Usually, a repeater requires mains power, which makes using Powerline for the backhaul the second best option. Best option would be using an Ethernet cable. Third best option would be a pair of MIMO routers/repeaters which could run an independent dedicated link. After that, it goes downhill fast.

    you cannot "boost" wifi.

    you can "repeat" it using a repeater/extender.
