Is a windbreaker part of my uniform?
My first day of work is today and I work at a children's theme park. I was given the uniforms (polo shirt, shorts, viser, belt, name tag and a windbreaker). I don't like the shirt and it's an outdoor park so I don't know if the windbreaker is going to be a problem or if I'm only allowed to wear it when it's raining.

Yes, the windbreaker is a part of your uniform, however we are not your manager so we can't say if it is ok for you to wear that all the time instead of the proper shirt.
It doesn't matter if you like the shirt or not, it is a work uniform that you need to wear.
I would ask your manager about it.

Yes, it is, if the weather calls for it. You should ask your boss if they expect you to wear it each day, or is it optional. (Usually it depends on the weather conditions - or your bodies preference - some people would be too warm wearing a jacket, others would be comfortable with it on). ASK your boss to be sure.

You'll need to ask your supervisor or the person you report to.
There are many different theme parks and they have their own policies.
We can't possible tell you if the windbreaker is only for rainy days.
