Console commands or mods. It isn't possible to return to Sovngarde without something extra.
Source(s): Personal experience and https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Sovngarde_(place) : "Although Sovngarde will technically respawn after ten days, there is no way to return to it after the main quest without the use of console commands. It is one of the few places in Skyrim that cannot be revisited, so be sure not to leave anything behind." Note that the Wikis tend to not mention mods unless it's something like a bug being fixed by one of the unofficial patches.
