SCOTUS Gorsuch and Kavanaugh both ruled a case on the liberal side. How does trump feel about such an obvious pin prick to his side?

Trump seems to think that his appointees are to be loyal to him rather than loyal to the US Constitution. Supreme Court Justices are to be impartial in how they interpret and apply the law.

I'm sure he feels just fine about appointing honest judges, and you should thank him.

Are you talking about the Apple case? That was hardly a Conservative vs. Liberal case that the media made it out to be. It was actually fairly straightforward.

If Apple is collecting a commission from what they sell on their app store then they bear some responsibility for what is being sold there, especially since it is a closed marketplace completely controlled by Apple.

Once you're in a lifetime position on the Supreme Court, you don't have to be anyone's toady anymore.

Trump nominated them because they are non-partisan legal professionals who decide cases based on the facts, the law, and the Constitution. Unlike how Democrat Presidents choose judges & justices.
