Ok so basically some girl in my friend group randomly started hating me and kicked me out (even tho I was nice to everyone and no one else in that group hated me) and I don't have anyone else. Should I just give up on making friends and become a loner? PLS HELP I'M DESPERATE THIS IS NOT A JOKE

No, don't give up on making friends. Just be yourself and be good to people. Pick new people to be friendly toward. There are probably lots of people where you are. You could also start with family.

Why would you give up on making friend just because some a**hole randomly started hating you? Make new, better friends.
